Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched:

- Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation
- Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2-4 hours during business hours
- Full refund will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation

After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:
- Refuse delivery when the package arrives (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Accept delivery and initiate a return request within our return window
Cancellation by Electro Bazaar
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information errors on the website
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Inability to deliver to the specified address
- Non-payment for prepaid orders
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. The return window begins on the day you receive your order.

Eligible Conditions for Return
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: Product received in damaged condition due to shipping
- Defective Product: Manufacturing defect or malfunction (not caused by misuse)
- Wrong Product: Product received is different from what was ordered
- Missing Items: Package incomplete or missing components
- Not as Described: Product significantly differs from website description
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components that came with the product
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
Important: Products that are returned without original packaging, with missing accessories, or showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return except in case of defect or damage:
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Items purchased during special promotions with explicit non-return terms
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with hygiene concerns once opened (earphones, cables with ear tips, etc.)
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return request:

- Provide Details: Include reason for return, photos of the product (if damaged/defective), and your contact number
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the product back to our address (we may arrange pickup for certain locations)
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: If approved, refund will be initiated as per our refund timeline
Proof Required: For damaged or defective products, please provide clear photos/videos as evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
Defective/Damaged/Wrong Products
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong product), we will:
- Arrange free pickup from your location (where available)
- Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs if self-shipped
- Not charge any restocking or handling fees
Change of Mind Returns
For returns not due to product defects:

Replacement Policy
In case of defective or damaged products, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent alternative or full refund
- Replacement products are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the return
- No additional charges for replacement of defective products
Damaged During Return Shipping
If a product is damaged during return shipping:
- We recommend using adequate packaging and a reliable courier service
- Take photos of the product and packaging before shipping
- We are not responsible for damage during return transit unless we arranged the pickup
