1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, your delivery address pincode is validated to confirm serviceability.
1.1 Serviceable Areas
- All major metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune)
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with courier partner coverage
- Most areas with valid 6-digit Indian pin codes
1.2 Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote areas, restricted zones, and certain northeastern regions may not be serviceable. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
Note: We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.1 Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. This confirms that we have received your order.
4.2 Order Dispatch
After order processing (1-2 business days), your order will be dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
4.3 Order Tracking
Track your order anytime using:
- The tracking link sent via email/SMS
- Our Order Tracking page with your order number and phone number
- The courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number
5. Delivery Process
5.1 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
5.2 At the Time of Delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Keep a valid ID proof handy (may be required for verification)
- For COD orders, please keep exact change ready
- Check the package for external damage before accepting
5.3 Package Inspection
We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery:
- Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
- If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
- Open and verify contents in front of the delivery person if possible
- Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
6.1 Reasons for Delay
Deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Recipient unavailable at delivery address
- Natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events
- High order volumes during sale periods
- Remote location logistics challenges
6.2 Undelivered Orders
If delivery fails after multiple attempts:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse
- For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- For COD orders, you may choose to reorder
